Terms Of Service
In a nutshell here are the rules for the online directories

COMMUNITY DIRECTORIES
Any business located within the directory territory may have a listing in one heading appropriate to the type of business no charge.  Listings in additional headings are available for a small fee.  Businesses outside the directory territory may also be listed for a nominal, annual fee.

Business that wish to do so may purchase Preferred Business Listings placing them with larger type in the Preferred section appearing on the page before (above) the regular listings. Businesses who purchase a Preferred Listing will also appear in the regular listings.

Banner Ads and Block Ads are available to any business that wishes to advertise on any of our directories.

This Terms of Service notice does not necessarily detail all terms or rights. 

Profits On The Web is responsible for creating and maintaining the Technology behind the directories. The individual licensees are responsible for the marketing and advertising sales of the individual directories.
