We were so very pleased with our business relationship with Ralph and Dede Grimes of Amazing Results Carpet Co.

From the quote process to the actual cleaning of our carpet.  They were very professional in explaining their process of cleaning carpet.  We also had an area in a doorway that needed repair, twice we had other companies try to accomplish the repair and they were not successful.  Ralph and Dede gave us a quote for the cleaning and repair, which after comparing it with the other quotes received, we decided to give them the job.  Their quote was very competitive!!

We set a date and time for the job to be done.  Ralph arrived at the time set and accomplished the job efficiently and in a very satisfactory manner, he explained what he was doing and took time to go over areas we thought needed extra attention.  The area needing repair was fixed and is not noticeable.

We were extremely satisfied with the job “WELL DONE”  We would not hesitate recommending them to our friends and neighbors and we will use them again for our carpet cleaning needs

Dear Ralph,

I’ve been meaning to make the time to write this for weeks now.  Just had to thank you for the great job you always do on our carpets here at PedMar.  I was admittedly a bit surprised that you were able to completely remove that nasty stain in my office.  A client had ordered Papa John’s pizza and left the box on my desk.  When I went to pick it up the last piece fell face down along with a nearly full container of that buttery garlic sauce.  I was pretty certain we’d have to a t least settle for having a shadowy dark spot there.  Now there’s no sign whatsoever of any stain.

Just want you to know we appreciate you.

Amazing Results Carpet cleaning service is wonderful at what they do.  Whatever carpet problems Ralph may encounter, he can usually take care of them.  I have seen him repair and clean carpet, when I thought that it would probably have to be replaced.  He is very knowledgeable about his work and very professional.  Anytime I schedule a carpet with him he is always prompt.  If there is some type of problem he will call and let me know so I won’t have to wonder.  Amazing Results carpet does a wonderful job on any carpet.  I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I am so very pleased with the carpet cleaning you performed on 1/25/02.  I had numerous pet stains on my carpet and had used everything possible to clean them.  They would always come back.  After you cleaned the pet stains, they are gone and have not returned.  The carpet looks great – as good as new. 

Thank you also for the helpful advice and hints on future stains and spills 'til' I have you come clean again.  I am very fussy over my carpet and you did a great job.

Hey You Guys,

 You are doing a great job with your newsletter!  I always learn something from each newsletter.

 Anyway, I am writing to offer a testimonial.  Here goes:

 I had just spilled burgundy colored nail polish on our 1-year-old cream colored Berber carpet.  Not just anywhere on the carpet…but in the dead center of our living room!  No amount of furniture reorganization was going to cover that spot.  I just knew that replacing the carpet was the only option.  But, I decided to call Ralph and Dede to see if there was any hope of salvaging our nearly new carpet. 

When I spoke with Ralph and Dede, they said not to panic.  From what I described, they could probably get most of it out.  They would just have to wait and see how bad it was when they got to my home.  When I hung up the phone, I was still not convinced.  I thought there was NO WAY that anybody could get that fingernail polish out.  I was wrong! 

When my husband and I returned home the day that Amazing Results had cleaned the spot and the rest of the carpet, we were amazed.  The fingernail polish was completely gone.  And, the rest of the carpet looked fantastic!  I didn’t even realize how dirty our carpet had gotten in just one year.  The results from the fingernail polish and the overall cleaning of all our carpet…was truly amazing.  Thanks Dede and Ralph for the incredible cleaning and the exceptional customer service.  You are appreciated! 

O.K. you guys.  I have been meaning to send this in for many months.  I am happy to finally have the chance to do so.  Keep up the good work.
